Job Title: Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist | Certified Internet Recruiter

Summary: To ensure uninterrupted continuity of facility, manufacturing, and support systems and processes throughout the facility.

Shift:

Monday - Friday: 2:30pm - 11pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Represent the company as a management team member, advancing the goals of safety, quality, and productivity in a food manufacturing environment.
2. Review the ongoing efficiencies of manufacturing and support systems throughout the facility; make recommendations and implement improvements as necessary.
3. Coach team members in troubleshooting techniques, maintenance, and repair of plant systems.
4. Supervise team members' overall job performance, including proficiency, adherence to rules, policies, and standards.
5. Support and coach team members for professional development.
6. Support, monitor, and expand preventive and predictive maintenance across all facility systems and machinery.
7. Utilize CMMS systems for work orders, purchase orders, inventory control, and equipment history.
8. Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including network issues related to PCs, PLCs, and man-machine interfaces.
9. Apply advanced troubleshooting skills for electrical systems, including power distribution, motor controls, variable speed controllers, servo controllers, and robotics.
10. Troubleshoot automated packaging machinery and process equipment such as pumps, valves, meters, and mixers.
11. Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting.
12. Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
