Job Summary

Direct and monitor activities of production personnel and manage resources employed in manufacturing packaging solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead by practicing our Company’s Guiding Principles and championing our Always Made Right, Always Made Safe Culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Own process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, production, and financial results.
• Foster morale and employee engagement, improving retention and continuous improvement.
• Meet customer product specifications and deliver products timely.
• Promote a positive culture, act as an employee and company advocate, and challenge the status quo.
• Manage employee performance, including interviewing, training, coaching, and employment decisions.
• Act as a change agent, adapt to new skills and business changes.
• Provide technical process expertise and maintain documentation.
• Perform administrative duties related to employee performance and training.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High-level knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Preferred Skills/Attributes

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Blow or Injection Molding is a plus.
• Understanding of union environments preferred.
• Strong drive for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
