Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a 24/7 shift environment and ensure plant equipment reliability. This role requires hands-on leadership, strict safety adherence, and the ability to coordinate with production for priority setting and problem solving.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance as a supervisor, strong PM experience, and proficiency with MS Office and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in an industrial environment as a maintenance supervisor.
• Preventive Maintenance experience with industrial equipment.
• Experience with Predictive Technologies such as Vibration Analysis or Thermography would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, hands-on leadership for the maintenance department on the assigned shift.
• Ensure time and attendance are accurately recorded in UKG and signed off weekly.
• Read, refine and develop preventive maintenance & work orders; enforce safety procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production leads and adhere to health & safety policies.
