Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- 2-3 years maintenance experience with industrial capabilities.
- Experience with RMX plants and trucks preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical, fleet, and structural maintenance across multiple projects.
- Lead regional support crews and ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Direct maintenance strategies for central wet drums and dry transit setups.
- Enforce field safety and multi-point LOTO protocols.
- Manage parts consumption registries, inspection checklists, and work orders.
- Supervise RMX Plant Maintenanc Technicians and truck mechanics.
