Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Maintenance.
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience or cement industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
• Lead safety and compliance with HS&E rules and environmental standards.
• Review data and create detailed work orders with scope of work.
• Direct contractors and provide technical guidance to maintenance and purchasing teams.
