Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team at our community. You will oversee repairs, schedule preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies to keep the property safe and fully operational.

Experience with Yardi and a strong background in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry are required. This role emphasizes resident service, safety compliance, and budget awareness, with a focus on professional leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification preferred; must obtain within 90 days if not.
• CPO certification preferred; must obtain within 90 days if not.
• 3+ years hands-on apartment/building maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• A valid driver's license.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification strongly preferred; Associates hired without this certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred. Associates hired without a CPO certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Estimated Rate of Pay:

$38.46 - $50.00

This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
