Job summary

Fairfield Residential in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for keeping the Riverwoods community safe, attractive, and fully functional. The role blends hands-on repair work with supervisory duties to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred.
  • Associates hired without a CPO certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Three or more years' hands‑on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

About the Role

What You'll Do
Property Maintenance
  • Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property.

Estimated Rate of Pay

Estimated Rate of Pay: $33.25 - $41.53 This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).

In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:

Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price.
