Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Houston to lead a team responsible for keeping our communities safe, attractive, and fully operational. You will balance hands-on maintenance with leadership duties to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.

Key responsibilities include overseeing repairs, implementing preventive maintenance, and responding to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC‑EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
• Three or more years' hands‑on apartment or building maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• A valid driver's license.

What We're Looking For

Estimated Rate of Pay

$29.76 - $33.28
This position is non‑exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full‑time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
