Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Mission James Place community in Austin, Texas. You will lead a hands-on maintenance team to keep our property safe, attractive, and fully operational, while managing service requests and preventive maintenance programs.

You'll bring 3+ years of apartment or building maintenance, HVAC/EPA certification, and supervisory experience. Proficiency with Yardi and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC‑EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred; must obtain within 90 days if not held.
• Three+ years of hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• A valid driver's license required.

What We're Looking For

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$29.76 - $33.28
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
