Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Webster Lake Apartments in Northglenn, CO. You will lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure safety, functionality, and curb appeal while staying within budget. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, diagnosing HVAC/electrical/plumbing issues, preparing ready units to support leasing, managing inventory, and mentoring a hands-on maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Universal certification is REQUIRED.

Our supervisors are hands-on with diagnosing and repairing areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling and appliances. You are also responsible for managing the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s leasing efforts.

• Moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• EPA Universal certification is REQUIRED
