Responsibilities

• Direct technicians to meet production schedules and ensure safe, reliable equipment operation.
• Develop, track, and implement cost-effective preventive maintenance procedures.
• Supervise staff, assign work, troubleshoot equipment, and train on SOPs.
• Estimate spare parts needs and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Analyze downtime data and communicate findings to leadership and HR.

We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team, oversee daily operations, and ensure our production facility runs at peak reliability. We look forward to reviewing your application.

salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operations & Downtime Reduction: Direct technicians to ensure all machinery (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, utility systems) operates safely and reliably to meet production schedules.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop, track, and execute cost-effective PM procedures, site-specific maintenance logs, and continuous improvement initiatives to extend equipment life.
• Team Supervision & Training: Supervise maintenance personnel, assist with troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, manage work assignments, and train staff on equipment SOPs and facility protocols.
• Inventory & Vendor Management: Estimate spare part inventory requirements, prepare purchasing requisitions within budget, and coordinate with external contractors, equipment suppliers, and vendors.
• Data Analysis & Administration: Analyze downtime reports to create actionable efficiency plans, schedule worker hours, and maintain close communication with executive leadership and HR.

Essential functions of this role include:
