  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians and leads.
  • Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and develop maintenance personnel while fostering accountability and teamwork.
  • Manage maintenance schedules, labor utilization, and workforce planning.
  • Review production and maintenance data to identify and resolve operational issues while minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain a clean, organized maintenance operation using 5S principles.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards including GMP requirements.
  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Participate in meetings, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to support plant objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness.

Salary: USD80000 - USD90000 per annum

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations within a high-volume production environment. This position is responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting plant performance through strong leadership, technical expertise, and continuous improvement.

The Maintenance Supervisor will play a key role in developing maintenance team members, maintaining safe operations, and driving equipment uptime while partnering closely with production and plant leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians and leads.
  • Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and develop maintenance personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Manage maintenance schedules, labor utilization, and workforce planning.
  • Review production and maintenance data to identify and resolve operational issues while minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient maintenance operation utilizing 5S principles.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, including GMP requirements.
  • Support employee relations activities, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Participate in meetings, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to support plant objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to improve equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with CMMS, EAM, SAP, or similar maintenance management systems.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, electrical safety programs, and manufacturing safety standards.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills involving electrical systems, motor controls, power transmission equipment, and industrial machinery.
  • Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and interpreting blueprints, ladder logic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Manufacturing environment with regular exposure to production equipment, varying temperatures, noise, dust, and moving machinery.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and interaction with maintenance and production equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work occasional overtime as business needs require.
