  • Preventative Maintenance Management: Oversee the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule to maximize uptime.
  • Vendor & Service Management: Negotiate and monitor contracts for facility services, landscaping, security, and specialized maintenance.
  • Safety & Compliance: Manage hazardous waste programs, company vehicle fleets, and safety initiatives with leadership.

Maintenance Manager

Salary: $100,000 – $105,000 / year

What You’ll Do
  • Team Leadership: Direct daily maintenance and repairs for production equipment (welders, fabrication tools, forklifts) and facility infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Project Optimization: Execute capital projects and lead continuous improvement using root cause analysis.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Manage the PPM schedule to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and oversee contracts for facility services, landscaping, and security.
  • Safety & Compliance: Oversee hazardous waste programs, fleet vehicles, and site safety initiatives.
What You Bring
  • Experience: BS in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) plus 2–5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
  • Technical Mastery: solid electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repair expertise.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to scope, budget, and execute multiple complex projects.
  • Communication: verbal and written technical communication skills.
Physical Demands
  • Standard shop floor environment requiring standing, walking, bending, and climbing up to two flights of stairs.
  • Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 25 lbs and work non-traditional hours when required.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Direct daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs for production equipment (welders, metal fabrication equipment, forklifts, industrial painting gear) and property infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security).
  • Project & Process Optimization: Design cost-effective system modifications, justify and execute capital projects, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis and statistical methods.
  • Preventative Maintenance Management: Oversee and execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
  • Vendor & Service Management: Negotiate and monitor contracts for facility services, landscaping, security, and specialized maintenance.
  • Safety & Compliance: Manage hazardous waste programs, company vehicle fleets, and safety/loss prevention initiatives alongside the executive management team.
The essential functions of this role include:
