Job summary

The Breakwater - New Albany, IN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient living spaces. You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections, keeping systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical in top condition.

You’ll coordinate with the Property Manager, manage vendors, and mentor staff daily. Applicants should have HVAC/EPA certification and at least three years of maintenance experience, including a supervisory

• HVAC/EPA certification and relevant field credentials.
• Minimum of 3+ years in maintenance operations.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with maintenance/property management software.

Weekend work is required as needed.Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.What Makes You a Great Fit:You’re certified in HVAC/EPA and other relevant fields.You have 3 or more years of proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in multifamily housing.
