Tarantino Properties in Alabama seeks a reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee apartment community upkeep and respond to service requests.

You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing and painting tasks, prepare turnovers, maintain grounds, and deliver outstanding resident service with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of onsite property maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• EPA HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Paint and maintain grounds; perform painting tasks as needed.
• Address maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.

Tarantino Properties is seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

The ideal candidate is a skilled professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining the highest standards for our apartment community.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Property maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, and painting
• Possess valid Identification
• Full-Time Position
• HVAC - EPA required
