Tarantino Properties is seeking a reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our apartment community team. The ideal candidate will be skilled, dependable, and dedicated to upholding high maintenance standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks, with responsibility for preparing vacant units and delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of onsite maintenance experience.
• Property maintenance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, and painting.
• Possess valid identification.
• Full-time position.
• HVAC EPA required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Paint and maintain grounds; perform painting tasks.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Clean and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner


• Paint and pick up grounds


• Painting


• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair


• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements


• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas


• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience


• Property maintenance experience required


• Strong knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, and painting


• Possess valid Identification


• Full-Time Position


• HVAC - EPA required
