Job summary

Park Place Student Housing Apartments is actively seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance services for our multifamily communities. The role focuses on timely response to requests, hands-on repairs, and turnover work to prepare apartments for new residents.

The successful candidate will manage electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry and general repairs while maintaining grounds and providing excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of onsite experience in multifamily settings or similar environments.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, painting and general repairs.
• Experience handling room turnover and market-ready preparation of apartments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• 12+ months of onsite experience
• Multifamily experience
• Must have knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs including electrical, mechanical, carpentry, locksmith, painting, room turns and other general repairs.
• Possess valid Identification
• Must be energetic and self-motivated.
