Job summary

Tarantino Properties in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Tech to prepare vacant apartments for market readiness through turn-over repairs and improvements.

You will perform grounds maintenance, respond to safety concerns, and support the maintenance team while delivering excellent resident service.

Preferred candidates have 1+ year in maintenance or custodial work, basic tool knowledge, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and to work well both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
