Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead maintenance staff, respond to service requests, and ensure timely, high-quality repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.

Qualifications include prior apartment maintenance and leadership experience, HVAC (EPA) certification, and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• HVAC EPA Certification required.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Reliable, organized and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.

• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
