Job summary

Park Place Student Housing Apartments in New York is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations on the property. You will respond to service requests, diagnose issues, and coordinate turn-over repairs to prepare units for new residents.

The role requires at least 12 months of onsite multifamily experience, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs, and a commitment to resident service.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of onsite experience
• Multifamily experience
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs including electrical, mechanical, carpentry, locksmith, painting, room turns and other general repairs
• Possess valid Identification
• Energetic and self-motivated

Responsibilities
