Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance and grounds staff at our Fort Worth properties. You will manage preventative maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and prepare apartments for make-ready turns to ensure timely, quality service.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of on-site multi-family maintenance and 1–2 years in supervision, HVAC knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties and at least 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and be able to travel to other properties if needed.
• Must have a basic set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and grounds personnel.
• Oversee ongoing maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Work with vendors for contracted services, including capital improvement projects.
• Prepping apartments for make-ready turns.
• General maintenance duties as necessary.
• On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls.

Job description

Do you have at least 4 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties and at least 1 year of supervisory experience? As Maintenance Supervisor at you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and grounds personnel, overseeing maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, working with vendors, prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems.
