Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our Milwaukee team. You will operate, inspect and maintain building equipment including electrical, mechanical, pump, fire, plumbing and HVAC systems to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include completing daily work orders, light repairs, carpentry and minor electrical work; performing preventative maintenance; keeping logs; and inspecting mechanical equipment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum of maintenance experience in building maintenance.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must have basic set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders including light bulb changes, plumbing, carpentry and light electrical repairs.
• General maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance as directed and maintain operating logs.
• Inspect mechanical equipment and systems regularly and report faults.
• Other general maintenance duties as necessary.
