Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas and support housekeeping at multiple properties. The role includes light maintenance tasks and travel between assigned properties as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of grounds keeping experience, reliable transportation, and a basic toolkit. This is a full-time on-site position with standard Monday–Friday hours and a focus on dependable performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years grounds keeping experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties if needed.
• Must have a basic set of tools and be responsible and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and care for exterior of properties.
• Perform housekeeping and janitorial tasks.
• Carry out other general maintenance duties as necessary.

Do you have experience in maintaining grounds and doing light maintenance work?
