Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking an On-site Maintenance Technician with at least two years of maintenance experience in multi-family properties. You will prep apartments for make-ready turns, handle work orders, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems.

You must have a basic tools set, a valid driver's license, and be prepared for after-hours emergency calls and ground maintenance of common areas.HVAC knowledge is a plus and a reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus and basic carpentry/plumbing/electrical skills are valued.
• Must have a basic set of tools and a reliable transportation method.

Responsibilities

• Prep apartments for make-ready turns and general maintenance.
• Complete service work orders including plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls and on-call duties.
• Snow removal and grounds maintenance for common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and other systems.
