Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations within our food manufacturing facility. This individual will ensure uninterrupted operation of all facility, manufacturing, and support systems while driving improvements in safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting complex systems and managing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company as part of the leadership team, promoting a culture of Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Evaluate and improve the performance of manufacturing and facility support systems.
• Supervise and coach maintenance team members on technical skills, safety practices, and job performance.
• Support professional development and skill advancement within the maintenance team.
• Lead the implementation and expansion of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs.
• Utilize the CMMS system for work orders, inventory control, equipment tracking, and purchase orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including PCs, PLCs, HMIs, and network-related issues.
• Apply advanced knowledge to troubleshoot electrical systems: power distribution, motor controls, VFDs, servo controllers, and robotics.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in automated packaging equipment and process machinery such as pumps, valves, meters, and mixers.
• Apply working knowledge to maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain typical facility systems including steam, hot water, compressed air, and refrigeration.
• Accurately read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing or similar regulated industry.
• In-depth technical expertise in industrial electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
• Proficient in CMMS usage and maintenance planning.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and industrial automation systems.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and team leadership skills.
