What you will be doing

• Representing the company as a management team member, advancing Safety, Quality, and Productivity in a food manufacturing environment
• Reviewing ongoing efficiencies of manufacturing and support systems; making recommendations and implementing improvements
• Coaching team members in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of plant systems
• Supervising team members' overall job performance, adherence to rules, policies, and standards
• Utilizing CMMS system for work orders, purchase orders, inventory control, and equipment history
• Troubleshooting and repairing control systems, including network issues with PCs, PLCs, and man-machine interfaces

Required Skills/Experience

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of supervisory maintenance experience
• Experience with CMMS, machinery, electrical/automation repairs
