The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for :

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance associates.
• Assist in developing maintenance and safety policies. Implement cost-saving measures and support the use of computerized maintenance management software (CMMS). Conduct maintenance inspections and audits.
• Interface with other departments to resolve maintenance issues. Direct and coordinate outside contractors and vendors.
• Maintain and enforce company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping. Communicate changes and new procedures to maintenance associates.

The Maintenance Supervisor should have the following qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automated environment
• 2+ years of group leadership with 5+ years electrical or mechanical experience
• High school diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
