Automotive Maintenance Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Maintenance Coordinator position.

The Maintenance Coordinator will primarily provide automotive technical support and advice to Fleet Management groups, clients, and vendors related to scheduled maintenance and wear items. This includes reviewing repair orders according to manufacturer requirements, negotiating service intervals, fluids, and pricing, and providing approval.

Position Details

This is a full-time, work-from-home position allowing you to work from your residence in Indianapolis, IN or surrounding counties. Department operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST, and Saturday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. Schedules are based on business needs.

The pay range is $19.59 to $22.59 per hour, with additional compensation for weekend and evening shifts (up to $2.00/hour) and potential extra earnings for ASE certifications.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to orders via phone and email, maintaining friendly and efficient communication.
  • Review proposals to ensure proper services and pricing according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Negotiate pricing, assess warranty applications, and create purchase orders.
  • Contact clients for recommendations, explanations, and approvals.
  • Advise internal partners on repair recommendations and costs.
  • Suggest proper service locations for clients.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 or older and reside in Indianapolis, IN or surrounding counties in Indiana.
  • Six months of customer service and automotive maintenance or repair experience.
  • Preferred: Degree in Automotive Technology and ASE certifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to accept hourly rate of $19.59 - $22.59.
  • Must meet technical requirements for remote work and be authorized to work in the U.S.
