Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Location: Atlanta, GA area

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support maintenance team members in a high-speed food manufacturing environment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and control systems (including PLCs, HMIs, and networks)
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity
• Manage work orders, inventory, and equipment history via CMMS
• Provide coaching, training, and performance oversight for maintenance staff

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Hands-on experience with CMMS, machinery, repair, and electrical/automation systems
