Position Overview

The ERISA Services Manager is responsible for managing non-discrimination testing (ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and complex testing), overseeing a team to ensure compliance and timely reporting, and serving as the primary contact for relationship managers and clients. This role offers a flexible work location, including 100% remote work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage non-discrimination testing and Form 5500 preparation within regulatory deadlines, providing guidance on complex compliance issues.
2. Ensure system capabilities are optimized for accurate testing and reporting, managing updates for regulatory changes.
3. Analyze plan and employer structures to develop testing methodologies, including for QSLOB, multiple employer plans, and aggregation.
4. Consult with staff and clients on cure strategies for failed tests, including calculations for excess amounts and regulatory compliance.
5. Participate in sales and client onboarding processes to demonstrate Voya ERISA capabilities.
6. Lead product development and process improvement initiatives.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years of industry experience, including 3-5 years in ERISA compliance.
• Knowledge of ERISA and IRC 401(a) requirements.
• Strong communication and management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; JD or Master’s in Accounting or Taxation is a plus.
• Industry certifications such as SPARK, NIPA, ASPPA, CEBS are preferred.

Compensation

The salary range is $75,830 - $126,390 USD, with additional incentive opportunities. Actual offers depend on location, experience, and education.
