Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent in Greensboro, NC to oversee the physical upkeep of the community. You will maintain and operate all mechanical equipment and supervise maintenance staff under the direction of the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include training staff, hiring and terminating per policy, scheduling routine tasks, ensuring 24-hour emergency coverage, upholding safety standards, and maintaining records for OSHA programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Current Driver's License and CFC Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under his or her direction.
• Hire and terminate employees per Drucker + Falk policy under the direction of the Property Manager.
• Counsel maintenance staff to improve performance and attitudes.
• Establish schedules and assign routine maintenance tasks.
• Ensure maintenance coverage for emergencies and be on-call when needed.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct monthly safety meetings.
