Nestlé USA in Utah is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee safe, reliable maintenance across manufacturing, utilities, boilers, electrical services and building systems. You will coach the Maintenance and Operations teams in TPM, NCE and loss elimination, driving a proactive maintenance program.

This role demands 3+ years in a manufacturing or technical setting, 2+ years of leadership, and the ability to work extended shifts; CMMS experience (SAP/Maximo) is essential, with a focus on

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
3+ years in a manufacturing/technical environment.
2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
Willingness to work extended days and/or weekends with flexible shift changes.

Responsibilities

Guide the factory to reduce technical stoppages and unintended downtime.
Ensure timely execution of work orders with high workmanship quality.
Oversee job planning, material, and services planning accuracy.
Maintain equipment history and root-cause analysis for improvements.
Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing development feedback.
