Job summary
Nestlé is seeking a Maintenance leader in Solon, OH to implement maintenance foundations and NAOOMI elements across assigned categories. You will coach factories, drive maintenance strategy, and partner with engineering teams to achieve optimal costs and reliability.
Travel up to 50% domestically is required; you will oversee digital tools, PM/AMM systems, and budget management while promoting Nestlé leadership values and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Food Engineering or 20+ years in related industries.
- 7+ years in a technical field with leadership of Maintenance functions.
- Ability to travel at least 50% domestically.
- Knowledge of CMMS and SAP AMM; familiarity with digital tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, improve, and implement Category maintenance strategy to meet goals.
- Report team performance to Corporate Engineering and global maintenance.
- Align objectives with market roadmaps and KPIs.
- Coach and develop factory maintenance teams; ensure cost efficiency.
- Lead maintenance systems implementation and best practices.
- Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.
- Manage M&I budgets and asset management activities.
- Develop competencies to support global Nestlé initiatives.
- Benchmark against markets to drive best-in-class maintenance.
