Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site's maintenance function, ensuring safe, reliable plant assets and meeting production goals. You will plan, execute and continuously improve maintenance strategies while managing a skilled team.

You will foster accountability, drive improvements in equipment reliability, reduce downtime, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations across all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical, or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of food processing equipment maintenance and technology.
• Applicable maintenance techniques.
• Appropriate maintenance execution.
• Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety and hygienic engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define, propose and monitor M&I plans and objectives.
• Lead and coordinate the M&I team and maintain competencies.
• Propose and control the M&I budget and KPIs.
• Build interaction between production and warehouse teams for maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Coach mechanics and operators on machinery and hygienic engineering.
