Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks a maintenance/cleaning role at the San Diego facility. responsibilities include operating shuttle buses, basic maintenance, and customer assistance to ensure a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and ability to read/write English; CDL may be required per location. Salary is $23/hour with comprehensive benefits and weekend/shift requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Shovel, plow, or blow snow from ramps and designated areas.
• Paint facility surfaces as directed to keep signs, doors and walls neat.
• Follow checklists to remove dirt, dust, litter and debris from all areas.
• Report safety, policy violations or unusual occurrences to the facility manager.
• Assist customers within the facility as directed by the manager.
• Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor aid.
• Be familiar with operation and cover cashier duties on an as needed basis.
• Maintain neat uniform and professional appearance during shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
