Qualifications

• CDL class license with passenger endorsement if operating buses with 15+ passengers.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Fluent reading/writing of English; clear verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain composure and provide good customer service under pressure.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds; physical stamina for frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Shovel, plow or blow snow from entrance/exit ramps as directed.
• Paint facility surfaces (signs, doors, walls, curbs) as directed.
• Perform cleaning tasks per checklists to remove dirt and debris.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints.
• Cover other duties including cashier when needed.
• Maintain neat uniform appearance and be prepared for scheduled shifts.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
