Job summary

SP+ Corporation in West Lafayette, IN, is hiring a shuttle/maintenance associate to ensure a clean, safe facility and smooth shuttle operations. You will perform cleaning, light maintenance, and assist customers to support a reliable parking experience.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement if required, a DOT medical card, and be available for varying shifts including weekends. High school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and physical fitness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret English.
• DOT regulations and safety awareness.
• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement if operating shuttle buses.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Perform snow removal and facility upkeep as directed.
• Paint and maintain facility surfaces for neat appearance.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervisor support.
• Maintain neat uniform and perform other duties as assigned.
