SP Plus Corporation, a leading checkout-free parking provider, is hiring for a Shuttle/Bus Attendant in Kenner, LA. The role involves maintaining the facility and shuttle operations, moving buses, snow removal, painting, cleaning, and assisting customers throughout shifts.

Applicants must hold a CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a valid DOT Medical Card. Availability for second/third shifts and weekends is possible. Excellent communication and a professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License requirement: CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement depending on location.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate) required.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and/or weekends may be required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Customer service oriented and able to handle inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Shovel, plow, or blow snow from ramps and designated areas.
• Paint surfaces as directed to keep facilities neat.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning per checklists.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations promptly.
• Assist customers within the facility as directed.
• Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervision.
• Cover cashier and other duties as needed.
• Maintain neat uniform and appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
