Dayton Freight Lines is offering a Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program. This 24-week hands-on experience develops leadership and shop/maintenance knowledge while rotating through shifts and participating in all aspects of operations.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and are willing to relocate to any service center, with a path toward leadership roles within our shops after completion.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.
