Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking candidates for its Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program in Minnesota. The 24-week, hands-on program develops leadership and maintenance knowledge across operations and shops, with rotation through shifts and exposure to LTL industry realities.

Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates will gain mentorship, hands-on experience, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles within Dayton Freight's shop network.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training).

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.
• Gain experience in the Operation.
• Develop Leadership skills.
• Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
