Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines operates a Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates. This 24-week, hands-on experience immerses trainees in all facets of Dayton Freight's operations while building leadership capabilities for future leadership roles within the shops.

Participants learn the LTL industry, gain operations exposure, and develop shop and maintenance knowledge in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment with internal advancement

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.

Responsibilities
