Dayton Freight Lines is offering a Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program in Michigan. This 24-week, hands-on experience invites recent graduates to join a team, rotate through shifts, and gain knowledge of our operations, culture, and the transportation industry while developing leadership skills.

During training you will learn the LTL industry, gain experience in the operation, and develop shop and maintenance knowledge, with the goal of becoming a leader within one of our shops after

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
• Must relocate to any Dayton service center and be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during training.
