Dayton Freight Lines seeks motivated graduates for its Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program in Walton, KY. This 24-week, hands-on experience exposes trainees to our operations, culture, and the transportation industry while building leadership capabilities for future shop leadership roles.

During training, participants rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, learn the LTL industry, and gain deep exposure to shop and maintenance activities within a fast-paced environment at Dayton’s

Qualifications

Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training).

Responsibilities

Learn the LTL Industry.
Gain experience in the Operation.
Develop Leadership skills.
Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
