Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
5+ years of equipment maintenance experience, incl. 3+ years in management.
Factory training and certification in engine diagnostic software.
Knowledge of TMW transportation software.

Responsibilities

Supervises maintenance shop staff across shifts.
Interviews candidates, trains new hires, coaches employees.
Assists in setting shop goals for maintenance and safety programs.
Oversees parts, tires, and supply inventories.
Instructs technicians on proper use of diagnostic tools and computer software.
Manages approvals and payment processing for internal and external orders.
Communicates with terminal management to maximize regional equipment availability.
