The role focuses on maintaining mechanical equipment via preventive maintenance and guiding maintenance personnel during breakdowns. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with strong organizational and communication skills, plus evidence of electrical or mechanical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma with commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Proven electrical or mechanical knowledge and related experience appreciated.
• Experience with safety, environmental and quality compliance is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and basic database entry is expected.

Responsibilities

• Schedules routine activities and supervises completion of work.
• Maintains discipline to meet daily production, safety and quality goals.
• Coordinates production and maintenance with other departments and supports improvement plans.
• Monitors site operations and conducts regular audits for safety and productivity.
• Leads training and performance reviews to improve efficiency.
