Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, admin support, or operations-focused roles.
• Exposure to property management or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Strong issue-resolution and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; Adobe products experience.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain service request queues and dashboards for timely maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate daily schedules for field personnel to boost productivity.
• Review work order estimates to confirm scope, pricing, and approvals.
• Assist with utility account research to activate services at vacant properties.
• Support property possession processes including scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and perform administrative duties supporting operations.
