Job summary

Penske in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate outside repairs, and manage the shop work plan. The role focuses on maximizing customer service and productivity while ensuring timely updates.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, interact with customers about maintenance, scheduling changes, and billing concerns, and ensure parts availability and vendor accountability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands on mechanical experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of service department administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize customer service and productivity.
• Communicate with customers for maintenance updates, scheduling changes, or billing concerns.
• Assure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Ensure parts are available for scheduled work.
