Job summary
Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Maintenance/Reliability Manager to lead the maintenance teams at its plywood manufacturing facilities in Medford, Oregon. You will develop and execute maintenance strategies, drive reliability initiatives, and lead a hands-on team to maximize uptime.
The role requires seven or more years in manufacturing maintenance with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to improve asset reliability, safety, and performance.
Qualifications
- Lead maintenance and reliability initiatives across a plywood manufacturing site.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve uptime and asset life.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-skilled maintenance team (millwrights, electricians, mechanics, technicians).
- Oversee mechanical/electrical maintenance, shutdowns, upgrades, predictive and preventative maintenance.
- Champion reliability-centered maintenance to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and environmental teams to drive safety and efficiency.
- Manage projects, vendor coordination, and new equipment installations.
