• Minimum of five years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership ability with coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital projects.
• Develop and lead maintenance teams including millwrights and technicians.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Standardize components and maintain documentation.
• Provide training for maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with vendors and equipment manufacturers.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational performance.
