Qualifications

• Successful team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Managing safety in an operations environment.
• Ability to manage and organize numerical production information using computers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, reliability and maintenance of the entire facility.
• Provide leadership as part of Plant Leadership team.
• Lead Capex planning and project execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Set priorities and expectations; manage training needs and scheduling.
